Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation *and* industry compensation continue to rise without a meaningful response from Kajabi. I would feel better if my purchasing power wasn't deteriorating and if I wasn't expected to believe that RSUs are going to fix that in any reasonable timeframe.
