What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is awesome. So caring and understanding but still a strong leader that gives us direction while not micromanaging.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While the stock options are great, for my position I see other jobs that offer similar benefits with longer parental leave, 4 day work weeks, unlimited PTO, company paid benefits etc, and more stock options. So more money on my check would be the biggest thing.
