The compensation is based very thoughtfully and fairly off of your role will be producing for and providing to the company as a whole.
Competitive within the market and we have regular performance reviews to make sure we are being paid fairly.
They get a lot of unpaid work done by the new hires in the onboarding process whereby a candidate may need to spend many hours or even days going through their documentation and none of it is paid for. Even after that, there is no guarantee of any amount of work you may or may not get.

The fact interviewers get paid the same regardless of their experience and skills set is a joke (their senior interviewer title does not make any sense). There is no sharing of equity and other benefits. interviewers are expected to perform like employees while being paid as contractors.
