What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team works hard to make sure every employee is treated fairly, learns the job and is happy in their position
Right now we are going through an enormous amount of growth and they have done a great job of communicating their vision and goals.
Involved and engaged; listens and cares about direct reports; approachable and open
Accessible and they listen to staff
The best and most informative employer I have had since I entered the work field.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
United Health needs to intervene and bring in new and fresh minds and eliminate over payed clueless supervisors and management.
Needs a complete overhaul to bring in fresh innovative platforms. Idiots who are grandfathered into decision making positions are absolutely incompetent.
Better communication, assistance, and training. Less condescending, pretentious, and patronizing. Transparency

Medical and dental benefits are really good

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better about salary, had I not had to take a pay cut!
Because my leadership has half my work ethic and contributes absolutely no value to company but collects 125k salary?
Recent change to covid policy, better oay and benefits and better management
Improve some benefits healthcare too expensive

Everyone on the team helps each out whenever support is needed.
We help one another and want each other to grow.
Very hard workers and enjoyable to interact with

100% Management turnover. Bring in new and fresh ideas
Noncertified people are taking care patients.!!! and Certified people is sending faxes!!! What this tell you?
Seek input from high contributoes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get to work from home the company allows everyone too

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Good selection, hiring. Fair oat ami g all doing same job. Make nonproductive employees prosictive. Hold bad employees accountable. Proper staffing.

The honesty of direct manager and her manager
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Provide constructive feedback not always negative.
Very slow to act, move, provide infomation and decision. Lied about salary.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Quite protecting unproductive over payed Sr & Middle Management.
Too much gossip, unprofessional place, they complaints about appointments and care. Better off going somewhere
