What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very approachable and knowledgeable. They prefer to be asked questions instead of making assumptions. They have absolutely have no problems with helping all of us to be successful. They are very encouraging and patient, especially with new folks like me who don't everything yet.

The team works hard to make sure every employee is treated fairly, learns the job and is happy in their position

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
United Health needs to intervene and bring in new and fresh minds and eliminate over payed clueless supervisors and management.
Needs a complete overhaul to bring in fresh innovative platforms. Idiots who are grandfathered into decision making positions are absolutely incompetent.
Better communication, assistance, and training. Less condescending, pretentious, and patronizing. Transparency
