Keurig Dr Pepper Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Great PTO, unlimited Sick Days (sick days are NOT given to everyone).

Health savings account and eye care

I still have to find out

Todo está bien seguro médi

The vision and dental are good

The pay , benefits, and 401k.

Review from Operations Dept

Pay and time off. 401k matching and bonus 1%

Generous time off, and flexibility when needed

Having health insurance is great, and the 401K plan is outstanding

Salary is good, but should be getting paid more for I’m doing two to three other peoples jobs each wee

401k is good, but since the day they decided to change United Healthcare for Aetna insurance everyone noticed we have a downgrade now

Just the pay rate and overtime. Very well and worth the time

Review from Sales Dept

As it is presently structured, the ability to gain a future position with stock

Review from Sales Dept

Company insurance offers lots flexible plans

We have very fair health insurance

The Company match to 401k

Pay is relarively competitive, previously vesting periods were too long.

All aspects of the compensation are fair. The recognition and reward program has been expanded recently. Gift cards recognizing performance have been implemented recently.

It is a very good benefit

tuition reimbusment was amazing to have

Review from HR Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Management, hr and emthe higher ups actually caring for the workforce.

Last 2 years deliveries to a section of the company have been stagnant with no restructuring to compensate for the loss in wages

Pay industry rate at a minimum rather than low ball salary

Total comp is "market competitve" whatever that means as they dont share how they arrived at it. Medical is terrible for a bif company and everything else is robustly average. The equity benifit is ok but it encourges shorterm thinking rather than producing long term benifits.

A good base salary. Bonus structure is not attainable in this current climate.

I do feel undervalued, we work really hard, and a lot of employees that deserve recognition don't get it. There's some really hard working people at our plant that deserve much more appreciation, even just a "hey you're doing great I like how you.." or "hey you could use some work in this area"

Being given something that was promsied to me

Review from Product Dept

Higher pay and some pto

Alot of of work longs hrs pay is bad

pay $20 plus above per hour would keep employees to work for one's company now adays

They’re cutting COVID 19 pay & overtime in general. People need that mon

Review from Operations Dept

We are machines that are replaced when under performance is noticed

Review from Product Dept

More opportunities to learn skills. Opportunities to earn more income for my family.

Review from Sales Dept

Our pay is minimum for the type of work we do and the cost of living. We are the hardest worked and the worst paid and treated.
