What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Need more people to work. Need to train people on how to do their jobs is probably the biggest problem.

DP is a great company, what makes it bad is the management, they don't get involved on anything therefore they base their solutions on what bad supervisors (no experience, no knowledge, with friends that they want to favor) tell them. People that aren't in the circle of friendship don't grow in DP

Improvements to the size of the fleet and tyoe of work that needs to be accomplished

KDP is not ready to be better

No leadership, need more workers, and communication. It feels like a total free for. Everyone has to do their part. Maybe a little lore training on the new people as well.

Failure to discipline / deal with non productive employees. Attendance issues are the biggest problem. The current policy is too lenient and needs to be revamped. Let people go if they are not a good fit for the company. It's a business and not a charity. You do no one a favor by retaining failures.

Stop gossiping. Stop TALKING about leadership and implement it-have regular meetings with direct reports, make decisions after hearing all sides of a situation.

More empathy and less gossip. More of a team concept
