Ms. Kimberly K. Underhill, also known as Kim, has been Group President of Professional Business Unit at Kimberly-Clark Corporation since April 1, 2014. Ms. Underhill served as the President of European Consumer Business at Kimberly-Clark Corporation since 2011 until April 1, 2014. Ms. Underhill is a 26-year veteran of K-C who joined Kimberly-Clark in 1988. She led the development and execution of Kimberly-Clark's European strategic changes, which involved the exit of certain low-returning businesses and a re-focus on driving growth behind K-C's strongest positions and opportunities in Europe. Prior to her Europe role, she was Vice President of K-C's consumer business in the United Kingdom and Ireland from August 2009 to September 2011 and has also served in various marketing, supply chain and research and engineering roles in Kimberly-Clark's North American consumer businesses. She has been a Director of Foot Locker, Inc. since December 01, 2016. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and an Master's Degree in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
