Larry P. Allgaier B.Sc — President of North America Consumer Business at Kimberly-Clark

Mr. Larry P. Allgaier, B.Sc has been President of North America Consumer Business at Kimberly-Clark Corporation since April 24, 2017. Prior to joining K-C, Mr. Allgaier held senior leadership roles at Mars Inc., which he joined in 2012. Most recently, he served as the President of the newly formed Mars Petcare Veterinary Health Group. Before that, he served as the President of the $4 billion North America Petcare business. Prior to Mars Inc., Mr. Allgaier served as the Global Head of Novartis' Over the Counter Medicines Unit, responsible for over 200 brands in over 50 countries across six regions. He has over seven years of experience in Baby Care in North America and Asia, including Vice President and General Manager of the North America Baby Care business, with global responsibility for innovation on pants and premium taped diapers. Mr. Allgaier served as the Head of OTC of Novartis AG since 2003. He began his consumer career at Procter & Gamble, spending 20 years in various leadership roles including Product Supply, Brand Management and General Management and regional assignments based in Japan and Poland. He holds Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Christian Brothers University, Tennessee.
