Ms. Henry joined Sara Lee from Culligan International Company, where she served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from October 2005 to June 2011. Prior to Culligan, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at Livingston International Technology Services Corporation (formerly, JPMorgan Chase Vastera, Inc., Vastera) since in October 2002. She held various financial and strategic leadership positions for private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice's portfolio companies. She served as Chief Financial Officer of Woods Cross Holding Corp. From October 2001 to October 2002, Ms. Henry served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Acterna Corporation. From May 1999 to May 2001, she served as Chief Financial Officer of North America and Senior Vice President of Finance, Planning and Analysis with US Office Products. From January 1996 to May 2001, she served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Vice President of Business Management (I-Net) at Wang Global, Inc. She began her career at General Electric Company, where she participated in GE's Financial Management Training program. She has been an Independent Director at General Mills, Inc., since June 1, 2016. She serves as a Director of Kimberly - Clark de Mexico S.A.B. de C.V. Ms. Henry has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Maryland.
