Executive Bio

Ms. Sandra J. MacQuillan has been Chief Supply Chain Officer and Senior Vice President of Kimberly-Clark Corporation since April 2015. Ms. MacQuillan is responsible for procurement, transportation, continuous improvement, sustainability, quality, safety, regulatory operations and lean cost transformation. Ms. MacQuillan leads global responsibilities for procurement, transportation, continuous improvement, sustainability, quality, safety and regulatory operations to increase effectiveness and deliver a world class supply chain. She leads Kimberly-Clark's Global Supply Chain Council and be a member of the global senior leadership team. Ms. MacQuillan joined Kimberly-Clark from Mars Incorporated, a manufacturer of confectionery, pet food and other food products, where she served from 2009 to 2015 as Global Vice President, Supply Chain, responsible for manufacturing, engineering and logistics for Mars' Global Petcare business. She has extensive experience in procurement, technology and engineering. She has worked in the United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Russia, Dubai and Europe. She has been a Director of Kimberly-Clark de M??xico, S. A. B. de C. V. since March 23, 2017. She serves as a Member of Executive Advisory Board at SCM World Limited. She has been a Royal Society of Arts Fellow since the late 1990's and an Institute of Mechanical Engineers Fellow since 2011. Ms. MacQuillan received her bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with honors from the University of Greenwich, U.K. in 1989 and was awarded Chartered/Engineer status from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, London, 1993.
