They do NOT schedule employees two weeks in advance yet demand we request time off for appts and such 2 or more weeks in advance. It is impossible to schedule family, events, appts when your schedule for the week comes out on Sunday of said week!

I work part-time I do not recieve compensation or benefits.

The people I work with are amazing, it's just this one manager that makes it toxic.

My fellow associates and the promise that I can work in the bakery once I turn 18.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are amazing and help each other out. It is just one manager that makes the environment toxic.
