My particular job is good in that I get to do many different things some of which, in other depts, only managers do I have some autonomy over how I prioritize my work It troubles me that I value autonomy more than compensation Most valuable/satisfying though are the ppl I work with

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation mirrors top executive pay at 15 - 1; 1% ahead of inflation pay increase Days off- Fed and State holidays; 1 personal day added for each 5 yrs Say thank you in person not over intercom Celebrate longevity w/ food & rewards Include Union ppl in group benefits available in non-union store
