The lady who interviewed me no longer works there but she was very informative and she made the process fun and explained everything well.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The problem stems from management, but there is no understanding of personal information. If you tell management anything, they tell your equal employees your personal information. There is constantly drama and taking bad about each other. Never any positive or productive conversations.
