Absolutely horrible. In February, an autistic adult that worked in my department was suspended and ended up committing suicide. The store did nothing about it.

What they make it seem to be, but don't actually care about their employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overworked, yelled at when there's nothing we can do, always asked to stay late with no notice, don't get all breaks most of the time, called in on days off, unreliable staff, unreliable management
