
People are nice and my coworkers try to be helpful
Everyone tries to be positive and uplifting to one another.
I actually don't receive benefits. That's for long time employees.
They barely interviewed me. A manager literally asked me on the floor if I could start working that weekend.
It can be unpredictable. Also, just because you get time off doesn't mean you won't be scheduled, I had to find someone to take over for me both times I got approved time off.
Communication. My schedule gets changed constantly and sometimes I have no way of knowing because I might not be working to see it change. Also, I feel like I still don't know if I'm doing my job right sometimes.
