What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited time off - but not just having access to the time off. We are encouraged to use it and to take care of ourselves.
Unlimited PTO that comes along with the encouragement to use it! Most workers take 2-3 weeks off each year. Way better than industry standard.

The bonus structure is one of the best parts.
Unlimited PTO, flexible work hours, salary, gym reimbursement, 5 and 7 year experiences and more. The most important, I know I can take time to myself when I am burnt out. Kognitiv truly cares about you as a person.
