Despite being remote, I still feel strong connections. We are all aligned with doing what is right for our clients instead of accepting a status quo

Transparency, they clearly communicate organization goals, changes to our goals and why those changes are being pursued, and how we track against those goals to the entire company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting with the CEO helped determine a solid fit based on his vision for the organization. These messages were aligned with my additional interviews and are consistent from my experience
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is transparent, sets clear expectations while allowing people to find the means to meet those expectations. I feel trusted and enjoy seeing my peers on calls that aren't only work related
