What are some of the best things about your team?
We are small, but mighty. We seem to communicate well and work together well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Rooster and the HR person I worked with were very transparent and kept me up to date on the process.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I wish their was more clarity and understanding around bonus plans and payout, but I like the fact the company matches some on 401k.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am really impressed by the people that I have met so far and work with. They all seem very eager to do a great job.
