What do you like best about the leadership team?
Generally as transparent as they can be. They also aren't afraid to let their humanity show. I feel cared about on multiple levels of my leadership team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like I can make a difference. That is what makes me most happy. Taking someone from having the worst day ever to being resolved and relieved. Best part of my job!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We really know how to tackle the work and get it done. When one of us faulters (as life will happen from time to time) my team knows how to step in and shoulder the work. Our clients feel very supported.
