Being able to help clients on a daily basis to make their work lives easier.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are eligible for commission (as consultants) if we bring in business. Pay is good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Kognitiv really does value work-life balance. It's the first company where it's not just lip-service.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process is very thorough and involves tough technical questions. I loved it because I knew right form the start that Kognitiv hires knowledgable workers.

My team is diverse (in their humanity) as well as experience. Kognitiv employs some SUPER smart people, and it's amazing to work with such high caliber talent.
