Working at KOG has been great! My co-workers are always willing to help out and help each other through different projects/tickets.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is great! There are many perks apart of the package that increase to the total value!
What did you like most about the interview process?
There were a few rounds of interviews but I believe this helped because you were able to meet different people at the company. You could see what the culture was like.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always willing to hear out different people's opinions. You are able to have your voice heard and you can tell the leadership team has all of their employee's backs!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is amazing and you can tell everyone cares for another. We encourage PTO and when on PTO to truly not work and the amazing team will help keep the projects moving along.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am always happy when I am delivering quality work to our customers. It is important to delivery high quality work and when you are able to fix something for the customer it always feel good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is willing to assist each other with any issues one of us may be having. We have a great group of people that are always ready to jump in to get a project across the finish line.
