The best part is having actual consultants run the technical interviews. We get to help choose our coworkers. They look for analytical thinking and a willingness to learn, not just perfect answers. It ensures a great balance between culture fit and actual consulting experience.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love getting into Workday every day and helping clients find real solutions. Building relationships with people all over the world is incredibly rewarding. Having the freedom to work from home or anywhere gives me the perfect balance to stay energized and focused on the work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At Kog, our leaders bring a 'boots on the ground' perspective to everything they do. Having leaders who were once consultants themselves means they lead with empathy and implicit trust. It feels less like a corporate hierarchy and more like a supportive family working toward the same goal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
