Mr. Stephen E. Tremblay, also known as Steve, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Kraton Corporation since January 21, 2008 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Tremblay serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Kraton Performance Polymers Limited. He is responsible for managing Kraton's finance and accounting functions. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Kraton Polymers LLC since January 21, 2008. He served as Vice President of Kraton Performance Polymers Inc. since January 21, 2008. He served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Kraton Performance Polymers Inc. from May 9, 2011 to August 2011. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Vertis Holdings, Inc. until December 2009. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Vertis Communications (now Vertis Inc.) from February 2005 to May 2007, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development from May 21, 2007 to November 2007 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. From May 2003 to February 2005, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Vertis and Vice President of Finance from May 1998 to May 2003. Prior to joining Vertis as Group Controller in 1997, he held senior financial management positions with Wellman Inc. and served as Senior Manager of Ernst & Young. He serves as a Director of Kraton Performance Polymers Limited. Mr. Tremblay is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University.
