(Polymer Holdings LLC) since June 15, 2005 until January 2008. He is responsible for managing the Kraton's five end-use business segments, including Compounding and Personal Hygiene, Packaging and Polymer Modification, Adhesives, Sealants and Coatings, Paving and Roofing and Footwear. He served as President of Polymer and Resins Business of INVISTA since May 2004. He is responsible for INVISTA's polyester polymer, bottle resins and nylon salt and polymer businesses. He spent 14 years with the Koch Industries Inc. family of companies where he held various executive positions. He served as President of KoSa's Polymer & Intermediates business, responsible for KoSa's PET resin, polyester polymer and feedstock intermediates business activity. Additionally, he served as Vice President of Koch Chemical Company, responsible for the xylene derivative. He has 13 years of progressive management experience with Koch Industries and KoSa. He has been an Independent Director of PH Glatfelter Co. since January 20, 2012. He has been a Director of Kraton Corporation since September 2009. He serves as a Director of Kraton Polymers LLC and Kraton Performance Polymers Limited. Mr. Fogarty studied B.S. degree in Engineering from the Technical University of Nova Scotia.
