What did you like most about the interview process?Back then, the site management staff were great and decided the role that I would be filling. Today's interviews are nothing bit lies because upper management has no clue how our plants runs and who does what.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? There is nothing positive about the culture. Executives put fear of everyone losing their jobs.
What are some of the best things about your team? What team? Everyone is quitting.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Too many to describe. Right now not only is the staff quitting, but the product including packaging is suffering. This is due to poor upper management making poor decisions. The upper management needs to be overhauled with a balanced group that not only care about the customers but also employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Everything. Before firing significant high producing plant employees, understand what they do and their value and dedication to the company they have. Provide more resources to the plants. Hire a HR team that actually care about employees and actually come to the plants to speak to the workers.
