Christine S. Wheatley — Group Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Kroger

Ms. Christine S. Wheatley has been the President of Roundy's, Inc. since December 18, 2015. Ms. Wheatley serves as President and Director of VIGOR ACQUISITION CORP. She has been Group Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of The Kroger Co. since May 23, 2014. She served as President, Treasurer and Controller of Vitacost.com, Inc. since August 18, 2014. She served as Vice President and Senior Counsel of The Kroger Co. since 2012 and 2011 respectively and also served as its Assistant Secretary. Ms. Wheatley joined The Kroger Co. in February 2008 as corporate counsel and served as its Senior Attorney since 2010. Ms. Wheatley was engaged in the private practice of law for 11 years, as a Partner at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur in Cincinnati. She has been a Director of Roundy's, Inc. since December 18, 2015. She served as a Director of Vitacost.com, Inc. since August 18, 2014. She is a Kroger representative for the Greater Cincinnati Minority Counsel Program and serves as a fellow in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. Ms. Wheatley has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from The Ohio State University College of Law.
