Mr. Marx joined Kroger in 1975 as a Stocker at the former Highland Village store in Houston and he served in numerous leadership positions through the years, including Store and District Management and Produce, Floral and Natural Foods Merchandiser. He served as Director of Regional Operations for the Southwest division at Kroger since 2006, and Vice President of Operations since 2007. Mr. Marx served as Vice President of Transition at Kroger's general office in Cincinnati since 2011. He completed the Management Development Program.
