What does the leadership team need to get better at?Management does not care whether or not the employees are productive, so getting paid for doing nothing is not bad at all!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I got hired in Oct 2017 as a Sr Engineer in Santa Ana & didn't see an increase in salary since then. However, I love the laid-back atmosphere: stress free, no weekly meetings, you can leave work whenever you want, bottom line: management does not care whether or not the employees are productive.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? They need to leave me alone. I don't like to interact with them.
