Company is great but hate to say that some of the general managers are not repesenting the la quita name very poorly and miss treating customers and employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Front desk NEEDS to Treat the housekeeping better. Maybe front office could help out every now and thing. And treat customers with a little repect and kindness .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The general manager in Wenatchee Washington dose not treat her empoyee fairly and singles out people she doesn't like or hadn't gotten to know . She put her and her favorite above the rest of the staff with bonuses and hours and work load.
