At the time different people were in charge so they actually cared about the hotel.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All the staff gets along we genuinely like one another. We have issues with how we are being handled.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Don't get paid enough I do the same amount of work as everyone I work with and I get the job done faster and I'm not offered health insurance.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication nobody says how they really feel regarding the managers cut backs because he wants to make the purchase numbers look good but the hotel suffers from this and our cleanliness number goes down.
