Sevice and repair dept is ran very well and supervisor is always positive

They are very laid back. But this also causes lack of performance from others

Compensation at my level is near the bottom for my postion and years of experience and results
What makes you most happy at work?
Large volume furniture company that is very succesful from manfacture to retail. This business comes very easliy to me to understand and drive results.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the team are on board. However they do not go up and beyond the basics. This is caused by the acceptance level of the managers
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was easy. However the process should have been more of a behavior interview. I say this because we have hugh tern over and some non performing workers
