Customer service is terrible. Theres managers that refuse to help at all. Which leads to sales associates doing a store managers or msms job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More active management. They pride themselves on room for growth except thats not actually the case. They chose favorites for the wrong reasons. I watched a coworker be mentally abused and the MSM and HR took no action.
