I love being able to come in and solve problems with finding better ways to assist customer's and make their experience a great one.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that my team has clear communication and understanding with each other. We also never hesitate to help out one another when it is needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I was offered my current position, the duties and responsibilities were clearly outlined for what the compensation would be. Recently, there have been added responsibilities and duties, however the compensation stays the same.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that my leadership team looks out for me and my best interest by making sure I have all the tools and knowledge to do my job properly and efficiently. I also appreciate that any feedback I provide for improvements is taken seriously and even implemented into current systems
