I think its great. I just hope more products and business come so thinks can pick up and create more roles and ways to grow. But I do feel valued and this is the MOST diverse company I have ever worked for and I truly love and VALUE that and express that to people I talk to when I speak on LZ.

The people I talk to daily and my team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I do feel like we are somewhat diverse and I look forward to us working together more to learn more about hiring diverse candidates. I think we all work hard and willing to jump in for anything.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really believe we hire great talent and take our employees into consideration when needing feedback on how things are going at work. I feel like we can and include everyone which is amazing to have in a work environment
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate with myself and out team members. They make things clear as much as they can and keep us in the loop. They also want to make sure we feel happy with being with the company and enjoy and feel fulfilled in our roles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel I could be paid more with my compensation based on area that I am in and the region that I live in I do feel a bit under compensated but I hope that would change with reviews and assessments of areas. I think people feel in the south its cheaper cost of living and its unfortunately not.
