Like all companies, it's in flight. We hire people and we let people go, I think our biggest challenge is hiring people who aren't a cultural add and sometimes unpleasant to work with. I get that people are busy but my. experience has always been that people at LG are unfailingly nice, it's changing
Very, smart, committed, easy to talk to.
Good leadership, open dialogue, boss is funny
Seeing people succeed, getting excited about their wins
Money, health care, time off
Solving big challenges and working closely with smart execs
It's very comprehensive, great medical coverage and so much more.
It's mission based, people are generally nice. Comms are transparent.
The camaraderie, healthy teams feel comfortable "playing" and I feel like there's a good amount of joy on our team.
It's a good group of people, you can have an opinion and while we don't always agree on everything, it's an open conversation.
For the most part, great people, super approachable and easy to work with. There are a couple exceptions but that's always the case, unfortunately. I really like a culture where people feel comfortable talking to me directly if something wasn't up to expectations as opposed to going to my boss.
