RSU/ESPP is one of my favorite things about my package here at LZ and also have phenomenal benefits.

The ability to work from home and juggle my family life, we have a great work life balance

The fact that I am always included in decisions and updated on any new information, always looped in :)

The team comradery, we are always aligned and whenever someone needs help, everyone is always willing to jump in and help.
