I love working for the company. They put people first and my team makes me feel comfortable to openly discuss work matters with your manager/director. They offer great benefits and provide employees with everything they need to work comfortably. Communication between teams could be better.

People first. They truly make an effort to try and make each employee have a great experience and make sure they are comfortable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open communication and great support & guidance. Also the flexibility to make decisions and being confident in my choices because of the training and resources I've been given.

The work I do is rewarding because I'm able to help others with different needs. I try to resolve things as quickly as possible so employees know they are important.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great communication!! We work together to make things universal across the board for each location. We collaborate and brainstorm and try to come up with ways to make tasks simpler and are great support for each other if anyone has questions or needs help with something.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Taking on additional tasks outside my normal job description or realm of duties that apply to my team. We are always happy to help and support other teams; however it's not always simple when everyone does not follow specific policies or processes in place. An increase in compensation would.
