Overall positive, feel sometimes uncertain about my position as I could be let go if not deemed "essential to bottom line" and sometimes feel as if my direct supervisor could learn more about the role/team she leads - eg. could be more versed in ESG work (but doesn't want to or have time to)

The pay, co-workers and benefits are great - the only thing is that our c-suite sometimes slows the workflow by being involved in every decision process.
