Pick a consistent objective, stop micromanagement, and actually engage with us as humans

The amount of times we are told what we do wrong or when we do something right, it is always with a "But"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation bonuses have WAY too many hoops, I dont expect things to be given to us but also dont expect other metrics that no one hits to be factors for things not even associate with mattering either.
