My experience started strong. My leader was strong, knowledgeable and very involved. Through reductions in the workforce I've found myself having to rebuild a second relationship with my manager. Frankly, it feels like the company is very unstable and searching for answers.

We are focused on changing the way Legalzoom views the customer experience through staffing, NPS, time to fulfillment etc.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much instability in workforce sizing, in just this past year there has been 3 major reductions in force.
