My team is one of the best customer service teams I have ever been on in my life.

Although we all work remotely, we've developed a strong team-centric culture. We always lift each other up and help out where we can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been in a similar position with another SaaS company and the pay there was significantly higher. However, my previous position had a lower-level manager title and it was more stressful.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I can handle anything that is thrown my way and if I can't handle it, I have people around me that can help me with anything I may need. I don't feel stressed going to work.
