What are some of the best things about your team?
The way my team comes together to get the work load completed, especially when a member of our team is out, is one of the best things. I really enjoy that my coworkers and I mesh so well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise in accordance with the cost of living increasing would make me feel more valued. We didn't even receive a Christmas bonus. Instead of receiving free LZ gear, we're expected to pay for it? Its really a slap in the face. Why would I rep a company that doesn't even provide free tshirts?
