They are always willing the change the status quo and adapt.

They like to have non-work-related meetings here and there and there are often some funny posts on Slack.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel that my desire to work my way to promotion is heard. Also, my raise this past year was very minimal.
