It has been fairly stable but is less so now. Technical issues are a constant problem. I have done very well on projects etc, but it never went anywhere. Management just used me to make themselves look good. Our medical is good and vacation. But overall I am just sad working here.

Our team works well together and I can trust them. My new manager is very good and fair.

Well first of all this isn't my aniversary. Secondly, one of your outgoing managers told me my contribution to this company was insignificant (maybe because his team lost a competition due to my contributions). What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have a lot of IT issues that hamper us in assisting customers and create problems in general. We need better servers and IT intergrations. It would also be nice to see development or people going to positions where they would be more useful and engages. I hate the obsessive 'wokeness' in meetings
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have lost a over half what I was making in bonuses and your NPS is unfair as it provides no way for customers to critique LZ wo it 'being about the employee'. Also min wage in our county is not met by the company in regular pay. Our ins is really good but I am going to drop it due to living costs
