What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Changes are inevitable part of life and i knew LZ had some changes but just in the last few months its been really difficult balancing work and home life, schedules etc..
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I started working here when LZ was hybrid, i have heard some awesome stories of office fun, competitions and all around light hearted fun. I wish i would of been here when that took place
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do their best to be informative, however even they cant help the changes that are always constant to my position, this makes it very difficult at times to keep track of my schedule and expectations
