I feel undervalued because I do not feel appreciated. I think coming from upper management and being compensated for all the hard work I have done and accomplished would make feel better. Even giving us additional vacation time.

What makes me the most happy at work is making sure my customer's are satisfied and the end of each call. The positive feed back I get from them advising me how I was able to resolve their issue.
