What did you like most about the interview process?
The managers who evaluated me seemed to really value me as a person beyond what I could offer to the company.
Many people were involved from the beginning
They really want to make sure that it is a good fit for everyone
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Being peppered for 2 hours with non stop questions by a guy on a laptop who won't make eye-contact is not an interview, it's an interrogation. I should have walked out the door immediately.
