The leadership stays pretyy involved
They are really easy to talk to and connect with.
Review from Sales Dept
There are too many people in charge, key holders are given to much responsibility, though some are kind and easy to work with
Good leadership team, keeps us informed
Very diverse and encouraging to advance in retail career or overall growth in general
Making everyone feel included and having open communication and partcipating in active listening.
Communication, they lack proper communication skills.
Get rid of favoritsm and the corruption.
Review from Operations Dept
Caring about their employees would help
Communication and organizational skills. They need to fix problems with the way they manage things. Also fix broken things including broken machines and equipment.

I am paid a fair wage with a fantastic discount
Company wide last friday of the month off.
Review from Sales Dept
Bonus' are fantastic, uniform allowance is great
im part time all i get is sick time, that im not even able to use when sick
Bonus when monthly plans are made. Free insurance or reduced cost for completing annual screenings
I have been working at Levi's for years and I have witnessed new hires who have been working for less than a year receive promotions and get paid higher than previous leads. There is too much favoritism and the pay and hours is absolutely horrible unless you're working during November-December
A better positive environment, expectations are difficult and the underlying threat of an ROC for every mistake is too much
Designers need to be paid more
The CEO and upper managemnt take ti bib fat bonuses.
Review from Operations Dept
Levis just switched insurance providers and the new prescription plan leaves hiv positive employee paying TEN THOUSAND A YEAR for meds out of pocket. Levi's DOES NOT CARE about their employees or the LGBTQIA+ community anymore
I work with a lovely team who look out for each other, who give fantastic customer service and who look out for each other
They are engaging and fun to experience.
Review from Sales Dept
We build each other up and are there for one another while still understanding the boundary between manager and coworker. We are all very respectable of each other and put all of our differences aside at work to get any job or task, completed with a smile on all of our faces.

All the stylists that work in my store are all lovely and I have made some great life long friends
Diveristy and being open to change
theres barely any sales associates in the first place
Pay detailed attention to their work and work with a sense of urgency.
I just dont like them. They get distracted.
actual get the manager or lead to actually do what we do so they can understand what is going on
Review from Operations Dept
The diversity and different types of people you can encounter on a day to day basis.
Review from Sales Dept
Levis seems an overly inclusive brand they support all individuals and this helps create a positive atmosphere with customers and employees. The history of Levis as a long one, and that builds pride for the company along with the sustainable way it is made.
Review from Sales Dept
The most positive thing about this company is 60% of the customers which is ironic.
Postive stylists who try there best
Everyone has a sense of being/enjoying work!
the atmosphere is negative and petty, the managers will talk poorly about you to other managers right in front of you and just laugh while looking at you
The Leadership @ HR need to change
Review from Operations Dept
We need to manage international business better.
Review from Sales Dept
The communication between leaders and workers.
Review from Product Dept
Needs to be more supportive. It's kind of every man/woman for themselves. Can be a little cut-throat. Onboarding can be tough.
Review from Product Dept
The openness and the transparency!
Review from Sales Dept
he literally just sat with me and told me i was hired right off the bat
Very general/genuine! Left room at the end of the interview for personal questions
Make it more iser friendly
Review from Operations Dept
Getting the chance to have conversations with so many different people.
The waiting time for a response
My coworkers are friendly and I look forward most to going to work with them
Interacting and working with my colleagues
Getting the opportunity to collaborate with different teams.
Review from Sales Dept
Getting on my machine and picking orders
Review from Operations Dept
i honestly do not mind the customers, so thats something that comes easy to me when going into work
Provide fair benefits, better pay, and enough hours to earn a livable wage. During a labor crisis there shouldn't be employees who aren't allowed to work over 28hrs, and yet every employee at our store has an average of 15 hours while needing more. Low hour limits encourage us to work elsewhere
Communication is a big issue. Leaders not knowing how to appreciate the workers not communicate postively.
Review from Product Dept
well the things are always changing once you start doing one thing another thing comes up
