What do you like best about the leadership team? The leadership stays pretyy involved
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I have been working at Levi's for years and I have witnessed new hires who have been working for less than a year receive promotions and get paid higher than previous leads. There is too much favoritism and the pay and hours is absolutely horrible unless you're working during November-December
